If you’re having trouble getting apple watch to pair with your iPhone, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure that both devices are updated to the latest version of their respective software. You can also try restarting both devices, as well as your iPhone’s Bluetooth connection. If you’re still having trouble, you can try unpairing and then re-pairing your Apple Watch.
Restart your iPhone and your watch
If your iPhone and watch still won’t pair, try restarting your iPhone, then restarting your watch. To restart your watch, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. Then try to pair your watch and iPhone again.

Check your software versions
If you can’t pair your Apple Watch and iPhone, make sure that your devices meet the requirements for using watchOS and iOS, and that they’re compatible with each other.
Then, check that your software is up to date on both your iPhone and your Apple Watch:
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Open the watch app on your iPhone, then tap the watch tab
Tap General > Software Update. Download the latest version of watchOS.
Check your Bluetooth connection
If your Apple Watch won’t pair with your iPhone, there are a few things you can try to fix the problem. First, make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are close to each other and that Bluetooth is turned on.
If your iPhone is in Airplane Mode, turn it off. Open the Control Center on your iPhone, then tap the Bluetooth icon to turn it on.
If you’re using a public Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot, try turning it off. If that doesn’t work, connect your iPhone to a different Wi-Fi network or use your personal hotspot.
If you still can’t pair your devices, try resetting your Apple Watch or erasing all its content and setting it up again. You can also try restoring your iPhone from a backup.
Update your iPhone and your watch
One of the first things you should do if your Apple Watch won’t pair is to update your iPhone and your watch’s software. Here’s how:
1. Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
2. Connect your iPhone to its charger and make sure that both devices are in range of each other.
3. On your iPhone, open the Watch app and tap the My Watch tab.
4. Tap General > Software Update.
5. Download and install any available updates for your watch.
Unpair your devices and pair them again
If you can’t pair or connect your devices
If you can’t connect to a previous paired device, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on both devices and that the devices are in range of each other. To unpair your devices start again:
On your iPhone, open the Settings app.
Tap Bluetooth and make sure that the switch is turned on.
On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > Bluetooth. If asked, enter your iPhone passcode.
Tap the info button next to the device that you want to unpair, then tap Forget this Device.
