Check the Battery
If apple watch doesn’t turn on, there are a few things you can check to see what might be wrong. First, check the battery. If the battery is low, your Apple Watch might turn on long enough to show you a low battery indicator, then turn off again. If you think the battery might be low, charge your Apple Watch for at least 30 minutes, then try turning it on again.
Make sure your Watch has at least 30% battery charge.

If you’re watch is running low on battery, you can try the following tips:
-Turn off Power Reserve. On your iPhone, in watch app go to My Watch > General > Power Reserve.
-Check for watchOS software updates. On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to My Watch > General > Software Update.
-Turn off any features that use a lot of power. On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to My Watch > Passcode.
-Update your apps. On your iPhone, in the App Store app, tap Updates.
If you have an iPhone, make sure it also has at least 30% battery charge.
Your Apple Watch won’t turn on if your iPhone is off, out of range, or dead. If you have an iPhone, make sure it also has at least 30% battery charge.
If you can’t turn on your Apple Watch or it doesn’t turn on after you try to charge it, follow these steps:
1. Connect your Apple Watch to its charger and leave it for at least half an hour.
2. After 30 minutes, try restarting your Apple Watch. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
3. If your watch still won’t turn on or charge, take it to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Provider for further assistance.

Check for Software Updates
One of the first things you should do if your Apple Watch is not turning on is check for software updates. To do this, open the Watch app on your iPhone and go to the watch tab Then, tap on General > Software Update. If there is an update available, download and install it.

Restart Your Watch

First, make sure that your charger is plugged into a power outlet and that your Apple Watch is properly connected to the charger.
If you see a red lightning bolt icon on your Apple Watch face, charge your watch for up to 30 minutes until you see the green lightning bolt icon.
