Go to your Apple ID account page
Below are instructions on how to find your Apple ID.
Go to apple id account page and click “Forgot your Apple ID?”
Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
Click “Continue.”
A message will be sent to the email address you provided with instructions on how to reset apple id password
Click “Forgot your Apple ID?”
Apple will send a verification code to the trusted device or phone number you enter. After you enter that code on the next screen, you’ll be taken to your Apple ID account page.

Click “Continue”

Click “Continue”
If you forgot your Apple ID, Click “Forgot your Apple ID” below the sign in button on the My Apple ID page. If you don’t see this option, it means that you’ve already set up two-factor authentication for your account and need to enter a recovery key instead.
Enter your first name, last name, and email address. If you see a message that says “That email address is already in use as an Apple ID,” try another email address.
Apple will send an email to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
Enter a new password and confirm it

-Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in.
-In the Security section, click Change Password.
-Enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm it.
-Click Change Password.
Follow the instructions to update security questions and rescue email address, then click Continue.
Click “Reset Password”
