- Go to iforgot.apple.com.

Go to iforgot.apple.com.
If you forgot apple id you can look it up.
1.Go to iforgot.apple.com.
2.Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
3.If you enter the wrong email address, you can try again with a different one.
4.A verification code is sent to your primary email address to verify that you’re the one who requested your Apple ID info. If you can’t find the email, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder or use Apple’s iForgot system to reset your password.
Enter your Apple ID.
If you forgot your Apple ID, you can look it up. Just enter the full name and email address associated with your Apple ID. If your email address is already associated with an Apple ID, you’ll see a message that says “Is this your [email]@icloud.com address?” Below that, you’ll see your Apple ID.

Enter your Recovery Key for two-step verification.*
If you’ve enabled two-step verification, there are a few ways to get your Recovery Key:
– Go to your Apple ID account page and look for “Security” in the left sidebar. Under Two-Step Verification, click Edit.
– On the Two-Step Verification page, click “Get started” under “Recovery Key.”
– Follow the instructions on the next page. If you have a device that’s using iOS 11 or later, you can also tap Settings > [your name] > Password & Security. If you’re using an earlier version of iOS, tap Settings > iCloud > your Apple ID > Password & Security.
Choose a trusted device.*
Open Find My iPhone on a device with iOS 7 or later.
If you’re using iOS 6, open Find My iPhone on a device running iOS 7 or later.*
Tap Devices. If you don’t see Devices, it’s because you’ve already signed in with your Apple ID.
Tap the device that you want to locate.
Select Actions > Remote Lock.
Enter your phone number if you’re using a Trusted Device.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Settings app. Tap [your name]. If you’re using iOS 10.3 or earlier, tap iCloud. If you’re signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap it, then tap Sign Out. Tap Find My iPhone. If asked for your passcode or fingerprint, enter it. If Find My iPhone is off, you can turn it on by tapping the slider next to Find My iPhone. Tap Continue. A message says that the information about your Apple ID was sent to [your phone number].
On your Mac
Open the Apple menu. Click System Preferences > iCloud. Click Account Details, then click Security > Request Account Info > Request in 1 Hour or Request Now. The information about your Apple ID and all devices associated with that account is sent to the email address you provide and is available for one hour before it expires.
Reset your password.
