If you’re having trouble with apple watch a reset might be what you need. Here’s how to do it.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap [your name] > iCloud. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud.
If you’re using an iPhone with Touch ID, you might need to use your passcode.
Tap to turn off the following:
-Contacts
-Calendars
-Reminders
-Notes
Next to each app that uses iCloud, tap the switch to turn off iCloud for that app. If you don’t see some of your apps listed under iCloud, it might mean they don’t use iCloud.
Tap General
1. On your iPhone, open watch app
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
5. For extra security, enter apple id password.
6. Then tap Erase All.
Tap Reset
If you want to reset apple watch because you’re selling it or giving it away, or you have a problem that can’t be fixed, you can erase all of your content and settings from the watch. This will also unpair it from your iPhone.
Here’s how:
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
5. For extra security, enter apple id password
6. Tap Erase Everything to confirm.

1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
5. Enter apple id password if prompted, then tap Erase Everything to confirm.
Enter your passcode
If you have a passcode set up, you’ll need to enter it before you can proceed.
1. Press and hold the side button.
2. Tap “Passcode.”
3. Enter your passcode.
4. Press and hold the side button again to exit out of Passcode mode.
Tap Erase All
This step will delete all your content from your watch and restore it to the factory settings.
1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the watch tab
3. Tap General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
4. If you’ve turned on Find My iPhone, you might need to enter your password.
5. Tap Erase All.
