Zooming out on apple watch can be very helpful when you want to see more of what is on your screen. It can also help you save time by not having to scroll as much. To zoom out on apple watch simply double tap with two fingers.
Open the Settings app on apple watch
Open the Settings app on apple watch tap general then tap Accessibility. Turn on Zoom. Double-tap with three fingers to zoom in and out. You can also pinch to zoom in and out.*
1. Tap “Accessibility.” Doing so opens the Accessibility page.
2. Tap “Zoom.” It’s near the top of the Accessibility page.
3. Tap the switch to the right of “Zoom” to turn it on. The switch will turn green when it’s on.
4. Place two fingers near each other on the watch face.

Assuming you’re in an app with content that can be zoomed, like Safari or Maps, double-tap with three fingers anywhere on the display. This will cause the content to zoom out so you can see more at once.
