How to View Your Steps on Apple Watch

Learn how to view your steps on apple watch This helpful guide will show you how to check your progress and see how many steps you’ve taken.

Open the Activity app.

Open the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap the Sharing tab.

Tap the person whose activity you want to view, then tap Permissions.

Under Steps, tap Read & Write.

Tap the History tab.

Tap the History tab, then scroll up or down find the day you want.

Swipe left or right to see different days, tap a day to see your steps for that day, or tap Month to see your steps for the current month.

If you want to see more detail about your steps, tap a day, then scroll down and tap Show All Data.

Scroll to the bottom and tap View Details.

If you want to check your progress at a glance, scroll to the bottom of any of the graphs in the Activity app on your iPhone and tap View Details. For more detailed information, including historical data, open the Health app.

Under the graph, you’ll see your total steps for each day.

The steps graph on your watch shows you your total steps for each day. To see more detail, tap the graph.

You can scroll up and down to see your step counts for past days, weeks, or months. Tap a day to see the hourly breakdown of your steps.

If you have an iPhone 6 or later, you can also see your distance traveled and flights climbed.

To see more data, tap a day.

On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to Health Data > Activity > Steps.

To see more data, tap a day.
On apple watch open the Activity app.
You can view your steps for the current day or tap History to see your steps for previous days.

To see how many flights of stairs you climbed, scroll down to the Climbing section.
