- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.
If you’re like most people, you probably have a few Apple subscriptions that you’ve signed up for over the years. Maybe you have an iCloud storage plan, or a subscription to Apple Music. Or maybe you’ve even signed up for a few third-party apps that use Apple’s in-app purchase system.

Open the Settings app.
Open the Settings app. Tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap apple id tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)

Tap subscriptions. If you don’t see this option, tap iTunes & App Store instead.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you’re not sure which one it is, tap All Subscriptions and look for an active or pending subscription.
From here, you can do these things:
Cancel the subscription: Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
Change the subscription type: Tap either Downgrade Options or Upgrade Options, then choose a different subscription offering.
If you still can’t view your subscriptions If you tried to see or cancel a subscription and you can’t find the subscription that you’re looking for, check the following things.
Make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID that you use with the subscription that you want to modify.

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Or it might be billed through Apple, but the subscription doesn’t appear in your list of subscriptions.
To find out who’s billing you for a subscription, tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you’re being billed by Apple, you’ll see a message that says “This is apple subscription ” If you’re not sure who’s billing you, check with the provider of the service.

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. If you have questions about charges that you don’t recognize, contact Apple.
When you tap a subscription that you want to manage, you might need to sign in with your Apple ID. After you sign in, tap the subscription that you want to manage. If this subscription is subscribed through someone other than Apple, payment will be handled by them. You can manage your non-Apple subscriptions from their websites.

1. On your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch
-Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Or go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > your Apple ID (at the top of the screen) > View Apple ID > Subscriptions.
-If you don’t have an Apple ID, create one.
-Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.
2. On your Mac:
-Open the App Store app.
-Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
-Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
-Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.
3. On your PC:
-Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID (if you’re not already signed in).
-Click Account Info at the top of your Home screen (or use this link to go directly to account information). If prompted for a password enter it and then click View Account again . -Click on Manage under Subscriptions section -If you don’t see a subscriptions section then there are no subscriptions currently active on this account -To see active subscriptions go back and select Account from step 1 then sign out and repeat from step 1 using an account that has subscriptions
