Apple Pay is a convenient way to pay for goods and services using your iPhone. In this article, we’ll show you how to set up use apple pay on your iPhone.

Apple Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Apple Inc. that lets users make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web. It is supported on the iPhone,apple watch iPad, and Mac. Originally released as a payment method for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus users in October 2014, Apple Pay now supports all iPhone models from the iPhone SE onwards. use apple pay on your iPhone, you’ll need to have apple id set up and be signed in to iCloud. You will also need to have a credit or debit card added to your Wallet. If you meet these requirements, you can start using Apple Pay right away.
use apple pay on your iPhone:
1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the + button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
4. Use your camera to capture your card information or enter it manually.
5. Follow the prompts to add your card to Wallet.”

You can add a credit or debit card to Apple Pay by tapping the plus sign in the upper-right corner of the Wallet app and then using your iPhone’s camera to capture your card information. You can also enter the information manually.
If you’re using iOS 11 or later and you have a credit or debit card in Wallet that you want to use with Apple Pay, you can add it without having to re-enter all of your card details. Just open Wallet, tap your card, then tap , then follow the steps.
Tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
Open the Wallet app and tap the plus sign. Then enter your card information. If you’re using iCloud Keychain, you may be able to autofill your card information. Then tap Next.
Enter the security code that’s on your credit or debit card. You might need to sign a receipt or enter your PIN.
If you have an iPhone with Touch ID,double-click the Home button, then hold your device near the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
Or if you have an iPhone without Touch ID, double-click the Home button, then hold your device near the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
When you pay with Apple Pay in stores or restaurants, or within apps, look for one of these symbols at checkout:

Open the Wallet app and tap . If you’re asked to , enter your passcode or use Touch ID.
Tap Add Credit or Debit Card. If you don’t see Add Credit or Debit Card, tap Edit Cards. You might not be able to add a card if you’ve reached the card limit.
To add a new card, position it in the camera frame, or enter the card number manually. If you can’t scan your card, tap Enter Card Details Manually, then fill in the information. When you finish, tap Next.
If you’re asked to verify your identity with Face ID or Touch ID, double-click the Side button then look at your iPhone or hold it close to your face. You might also need to provide additional security information.
Follow the instructions on your screen to verify your card.
Use the Camera to enter your card information or choose Add manually to enter it manually.
If you’re asked to verify your card, choose Verify. You might need to call your bank or credit union to complete verification.
Choose whether you want to receive notifications for your transactions and whether you want use apple pay Cash.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
3. Turn on Allow Payments on Lock Screen and double-click the Home button when you pay. You can also turn on Send Last Transaction Amount to easily send the amount you paid for something in a message.
4. Turn on Transaction Limits if you want to be able to approve payments over a certain amount with Face ID or Touch ID. The default is $250, but you can choose $500, $1000, or $2000.
5. Tap Payment Methods and add your credit or debit cards. You can also add store cards, loyalty cards, and ticketing passes so you can use them in Wallet apps.
6. If you want use apple pay Cash, turn it on under Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Pay Cash.
Tap Next.
Open the Wallet app and tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner. Tap Continue and position your iPhone so that the camera can see the card. If you’re using a credit or debit card, you may need to enter the card’s security code.
When you’re finished, tap Next. You might be asked to verify your billing address.
Tap Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Apple Pay is a secure way to pay in stores, within apps, and on the web with your iPhone. After you set up Apple Pay on your iPhone, you can use it to pay at hundreds of thousands of stores and selected apps.
To use Apple Pay in stores, you need an iPhone 6 or later that has iOS 11 or later installed. iPhone SE, iPhone 5s, and earlier iPhones don’t support Apple Pay in stores. You also need to set up Apple Pay on your iPhone before you can use it.
If you have an iPhone 6s or later, the easiest way to set up Apple Pay is to add your credit or debit card to Wallet directly from the Settings app. You might be asked to verify your card before you can add it to Wallet.
When you’re ready to pay, hold your iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID.
You might see Done and a checkmark on the screen when your payment is sent. Or you might feel a vibration that confirms that your payment was successful.
If prompted, enter your PIN or sign a receipt.
Tap Agree.
Follow the instructions on the screen to set up Apple Pay.
1. Open the Settings app, then tap “Wallet & Apple Pay.”
2. Tap “Add Credit or Debit Card.”
3. Use your iPhone’s camera to enter your card information or manually enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.
4. Tap “Next,” then tap “Agree” to accept the terms and conditions.
Tap Done.
Now that you’ve added your card, you’re ready to use Apple Pay.
To make a purchase, just hold your iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID. You don’t even need to wake up your iPhone or open an app.
If you’re using an iPhone X, double-click the Side button, then glance at your iPhone to authenticate with Face ID. Or enter your passcode. Hold the top of your iPhone within a few centimeters of the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
That’s it! Your phone has paid.
