Open watch app on your iPhone.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

Tap the watch tab then tap General > Reset.

Tap Erase All Content and Settings, then enter your passcode.

3. If you’ve enabled Find My iPhone on your Apple Watch, you’ll be asked to enter your password.
