If you have an Apple Watch with cellular, you can choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. If you keep your plan, your watch will remain connected to the cellular network and you’ll be able to make and receive calls and use other data services even when your iPhone isn’t with you. If you remove your plan, your watch will no longer be able to connect to the cellular network.
To keep or remove your cellular plan:
1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Cellular.
3. Tap Cancel Plan or Keep Plan.

Unpairing will erase all content from your watch. If you want to keep any of your content, follow these steps before you unpair:
-Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
-Tap General > About.
-Tap the information that you want to keep. For example, to keep Health data, tap Health Data > Export Health Data, then follow the onscreen instructions.
