What to Do If You Can’t Remember Your Apple ID

If you’ve forgotten apple id there are a few ways to try and recover it. You can go to Apple’s website and click on the “Forgot your Apple ID?” link. You’ll be asked to enter your first name, last name, and email address. If you have an account with that email address, you’ll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you don’t have an account with the email address you enter, or if you can’t remember your password, you’ll need contact apple support You can do this by going to their website and clicking on the “Contact Us” link. From there, you’ll need to select “iCloud” from the drop-down menu and then “iCloud Customer Service.”

How to Reset Your Apple ID Password

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Apple ID account page and click “Forgot your Apple ID or password.”
2. Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue.
3. If you have an account with security questions, you can select “Answer security questions” and follow the instructions on the screen. Otherwise, select “Send an e-mail to…” and enter the contact email address for your account.
4. Click Continue, then follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity and reset your password.

Two-Factor Authentication

If you have two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to sign in. A trusted device is a device that you’ve previously used to sign in to your Apple ID. A trusted phone number is a phone number that can be used to receive verification codes by text or phone call.

You can use two-factor authentication with an iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac as long as it’s running iOS 9 or later or OS X El Capitan or later. Two-factor authentication is available to iCloud and iTunes users with at least one valid email address on file.

To turn on two-factor authentication, go to your Apple ID account page and click “Edit.” If you don’t see the option to turn on two-factor authentication, it might not be available for your Apple ID.

What to Do If You Can’t Reset Your Password

If you can’t reset your password because you don’t have a recovery key and you can’t receive a verification code, there are a few other things you can try:

-Contact Apple Support.
-Visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
-Use Find My iPhone on another device.


There are a few different ways to go about unlocking your Apple account. The best way to do it is by contacting Apple support and asking them to help you unlock your account. You can also try resetting your password or using a recovery key. If all else fails, you can always create a new Apple ID.
