How to Unlink Your Apple Watch from Your Apple ID

Open watch app on your iPhone.

In the My Watch tab, scroll down to the bottom and tap apple watch For GPS + Cellular models, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. If you want to continue using cellular service on your new Apple Watch, tap Keep Plan.
