Open watch app on your iPhone.
In the My Watch tab, scroll down to the bottom and tap apple watch For GPS + Cellular models, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. If you want to continue using cellular service on your new Apple Watch, tap Keep Plan.
If you’re not using iPhone anymore and want to remove your plan, tap Remove Plan. If you keep your plan, you might be charged an activation fee by your carrier.
Tap Erase all content and settings, then enter your password when prompted.
If you turned off Activate this iPhone, you need to connect your watch to its charger and turn it on by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo. After a while, you might see a message that says “Apple Watch is paired with an iPhone that is not available.” Just wait for a while—you start using your watch again soon.
Tap the My Watch tab.
If you want to sell or give away your Apple Watch, you should unpair it from your iPhone. This will break the connection between the watch and your iPhone, and all of your data will be erased from the watch. You can also unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone if you’re experiencing problems with it, or if you simply want to start fresh.
To unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab. Then tap the watch that you want to unpair at the top of the screen. Scroll down and tap Unpair Apple Watch.
Tap General > Reset.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. Tap General > Reset.
If you turned on Find My iPhone on your Apple Watch, you might need to enter apple id password to disable it.
Tap Erase all content and settings, then tap again to confirm. All your content is deleted from the watch and restored to factory settings, including your card information and any pairing records.

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
2. Tap your watch at the top of the screen, then tap Erase All Content and Settings.
3. Enter apple id password then tap Erase everything.

If you’re selling or giving away your Apple Watch, you need to unpair it from your iPhone. And if you have an Apple Watch with cellular, you need to cancel your cellular plan.
If you paired an Apple Watch with a cellular plan to your iPhone, ask your carrier about canceling the plan. You might be able to transfer the plan to your new iPhone.

When you unpair, your content stays on your Apple Watch. After you unpair, you can:
-Keep or remove the SIM card that’s in your Apple Watch.
-Set up another Apple Watch with the same number as your current one. Or use a different number.
Tap Erase All.
If you want to give your Apple Watch to someone or sell it, you need to unpair it from your iPhone and Apple ID first. This will erase all the data on your watch and remove any personalized settings. Here’s how to do it!
