If you’re not a fan of the sound apple watch makes when you receive a notification, you’re in luck. Here’s how to turn the volume down on apple watch

Open the Settings app on apple watch

Tap Sounds & Haptics.
Under Ringer and Alerts, drag the volume slider to the left or right.
Tap the Sounds & Haptics option.
We’start with the obvious solution first: if you want to turn the volume down on apple watch you can just adjust the Settings app. To do so, simply launch the Settings app from your Home screen, then tap on the Sounds & Haptics option.
From there, you can use the Digital Crown to adjust the volume of both your watch’s speaker and haptic feedback. You can also use the switch at the bottom of the page to toggle system sounds and haptics on or off entirely.
Use the Customize option to turn off the sounds you don’t want to hear.
If you find the sounds your Apple Watch makes to be a bit too much, you can use the “Customize” feature to turn off the ones you don’t want to hear. To do this:
1. Open the “Watch” app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the “My Watch” tab.
3. Scroll down and tap on “Sounds & Haptics.”
4. Turn off toggle switch next to any sound you don’t want to hear.
Tap the Haptics option to turn off haptic feedback.
If you find the haptic feedback on your Apple Watch too strong, you can adjust it or even turn it off completely. Here’s how!
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap the Sounds & Haptics option.
3. Tap the Haptics option.
4. Use the slider to adjust the haptic strength, or tap the switch to turn off haptic feedback entirely.
