Open settings app on your iPhone.

Tap Accessibility.
Tap Zoom.
Tap the switch next to Zoom Region to turn it off.

To turn off Zoom on apple watch simply follow these steps:

1. Tap the Settings app on apple watch

3. Tap Zoom.
