The Activity app is preinstalled on your iPhone. To find it, open the app launcher by pressing the Home button, and then flick left or right until you find the app.

Once you’ve found the app, tap it to open it.

On the main screen of the Activity app, you’ll see three colored rings. These rings represent the three fitness goals that Apple has set for you: Move (calories burned), Exercise (minutes of brisk activity), and Stand (time spent standing up).

To view more detailed information about your progress, tap on one of the rings. For example, tapping on the Move ring will show you many calories you’ve burned and how many more you need to burn to reach your goal.

Tap the History tab.

At the top of the History tab, you’ll see three tabs: Activity, Workouts, and Stand.

Activity shows a summary of all the activity data recorded by apple watch This includes calories burned, steps taken, and distance traveled.

Workouts shows a summary of all the workout data recorded by apple watch This includes active calories burned, distance traveled, and average heart rate.

iCloud backs up most of apple watch data every day when your watch is in range of your iPhone. Your watch needs to be connected to Wi-Fi, have a passcode set, and be charged enough to complete the backup. To back up manually, open the watch app on your iPhone, then tap > General > Backup.

Tap the Share button , then tap Copy.

When you track your Apple Watch with the Share button, you can see your current location, as well as your destination and estimated time of arrival. Here’s how:

1) Tap the Share button .
2) Tap Copy.
3) Paste the link into a message or email, then send it to yourself or to someone else.

You can share your Apple Watch activity with friends and family, or with a coach or other fitness-savvy individual, to help stay motivated and on track. To do this, go to the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap the Sharing tab. From here, you can choose how you want to share your data.

If you want to share your activity data with someone who doesn’t have an iPhone or an Apple Watch, you can do so by exporting it as a PDF. To export your activity data as a PDF, go to the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap the Sharing tab. Tap Export PDF, then choose how you want to share the file.
