Locate the release button on the underside of the watch

Before you can remove the band, you need to locate the release button on the underside of the watch. The release button is located just below and to the right of the heart rate sensor.

Once you have located the release button, press and hold it while slide the band to the left. If you are having trouble locating the release button, consult apple watch user guide.

Once you have pressed and held the release button, slide the band to the left to remove it from the watch. If you are having trouble removing the band, consult apple watch user guide.

Press and hold the release button

To take the band off apple watch press and hold the release button on the underside of the watch. The band should slide out of the groove. If it doesn’t, make sure that you’re pressing and holding the release button firmly.

Slide the band out of the watch

To remove your band, slide the band out from under the top of the watch case. If you’re having trouble, try using a fingernail to help remove the band. If you’re still having trouble,contact apple support

How to Put the Band Back on Your Apple Watch

Before you can take the band off your Apple Watch, you need to remove the Watch from your wrist. To do this, press and hold the button on the side of your Watch. The button is located just below the Digital Crown. You will feel a slight click when you press it.

Locate the release button on the underside of the watch

The release button is located on the underside of the watch, in between the band and the body. It’s a small, circular button that you press in order to release the band.

If you have an Apple Watch with a steel or ceramic case, you’ll see two small buttons on either side of the release button. These are the noise-cancelling microphone and speaker grilles.

Insert the band into the watch

Using both hands, insert the band into the slots on the side of the watch. The band should click into place.

Press and hold the release button on apple watch band The band should now be loose enough to slide out of the top or bottom of the watch case.

Slide the band into place

If your watchband is too loose, you can slide the band into place for a tighter fit.

To do this, find the small notch on the inside of the band — it’s located near the end opposite the watch face. Insert your fingers into the notch and gently pull outward until you feel some resistance. Then, while holding the band in place, push it back toward your wrist. The band should snap into place.
