How to Sync Google Calendar with Apple Calendar

Introduction

It’s easy to keep your Apple calendar and Google calendar in sync so you can access your events on whichever platform you prefer. There are a few different ways to do this, but we’ll show you the simplest method that only requires a few clicks.

Google Calendar

Calendar synchronization is the process of making sure that two or more different calendars contain the same events, appointments, and other entries. Different calendar applications can share information with each other, so that if you create or update an event in one calendar, the same event is updated or created in the other calendar.

Set up GSC and Bing Webmaster tools

Once you’ve completed the above steps, you’re ready to begin setting up your Google and Bing search console accounts. If you don’t have a search console account, please create one now.

Navigate to your Google Calendar settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen and selecting “Settings.”

In the left sidebar, find the “Calendar” section and click on the “Sync Calendar” sub-option.

In the “Sync Calendar” window that appears, check the box next to “Enable sync with Apple Calendar.” Doing so will open a new window asking you to enter your Google account information.

Enter your login credentials and click on the “Sign In” button. Once you’ve been signed in, another window will appear asking for permission to access your calendars. Click on the “Allow access” button to continue.

Set up Google Analytics

Open settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap Accounts & Passwords, then Add Account.

Tap Google.

Enter your Google Account email and password. If you have 2-Step Verification enabled for your Google account, you’ll need to generate an App Password to use with Apple Calendar. To do this, head over to your Google account’s App Passwords page, then follow the prompts to create a new password for Apple Calendar.

Once you’ve entered your information, tap Next at the top of the screen, then make sure that the switch next to Calendars is turned on.

On your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and tap Buy More Storage.
On your Mac: Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences > iCloud, click Manage, then click Buy More Storage.

Set up Family Sharing

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open settings app
2. Tap [your name], then tap Family Sharing.
3. If you’using ios 11 or later, tap Add Member. If you’re using iOS 10 or earlier, tap Set Up Family Sharing, then tap Get Started.
4. Enter apple id password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up Family Sharing.

Set up Screen Time

Most people use their devices for too many hours a day, so it’s important to set up Screen Time to limit the amount of time you spend on your phone. You can set up Screen Time in the Settings app. Screen Time is built into iOS 12 and later, and it’s also available on iPadOS.

1. Tap Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Turn on Screen Time.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Choose your options for Downtime, App Limits, and Content & Privacy Restrictions.

Syncing Google Calendar with Apple Calendar

1.Open iCloud for Windows and click Options next to Calendars. If you don’t see Options next to Calendars, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner, then click Advanced… and make sure that Calendars is selected in the Show these items on my other devices pop-up menu.
2.[Select or deselect] Calendars, then click Apply .

Use Google Sync to sync

You can use Google Sync to sync your Apple Calendar with your Google Calendar. To do this, you’ll need to set up Google Sync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Google Sync is a two-way synchronization service that synchronizes your data between your mobile device and your Google account. This means that if you add an event to your Apple Calendar, it will also be added to your Google Calendar. Similarly, if you delete an event from your Google Calendar, it will also be deleted from your Apple Calendar.

To set up Google Sync on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

1. Open the Settings app.
