How to Sync Your Apple Watch to Your iPhone

Open watch app on your iPhone.

1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Make sure that your iPhone has Bluetooth turned on.
3. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen.
4. If you need help, tap Help in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Make sure that your iPhone and apple watch are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen.
Tap Sync Now.

Tap your watch at the top of the screen.

Then tap Settings > General > Software Update.

Tap Pair New Watch.

If you want to use your Apple Watch with a new iPhone, or if you need to restore information to your Apple Watch from your iPhone, you need to pair your devices. When you pair your Apple Watch and iPhone, they share information between them, so they can be used together.

Before you begin, update your iPhone to the latest iOS. Then make sure that it’s in range of your Apple Watch, and that both devices have Bluetooth turned on.

Position your iPhone so that your watch appears in the viewfinder in the Watch app.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.

Tap Pair new Watch. If you don’t see this option, it means your watch is already paired with an iPhone. You need to unpair it before you can pair it with a different iPhone.

Follow the instructions on your iPhone and watch.

When asked, enter your iPhone passcode on your iPhone.

If you have a passcode set on your iPhone, you’ll be asked to enter it on your iPhone when you pair.

When asked, enter a four-digit code on your watch.

If you’re asked to enter a four-digit code on your Apple Watch, it means that your iPhone and Apple Watch aren’t synced. To sync them, make sure that your iPhone and your Apple Watch are nearby. Then follow these steps:

1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab, tap start pairing at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t see Start Pairing,tap pair new watch
3. Hold your iPhone near your Apple Watch, then wait for an image of an Apple Watch to appear on your iPhone. If you don’t see an image of an Apple Watch, try moving your iPhone and watch closer together, or restarting your iPhone and restarting your watch.
4. When you see an image of an Apple Watch on your iPhone, tap Continue on your iPhone, then tap Continue on your watch. If you’re asked to enter a passcode on your watch, enter the four-digit code that appears on your watch face.
5. Wait for syncing to finish, then tap Done on both devices when asked.

Tap Continue.

On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.

Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen.

Tap Continue, then follow the instructions on your iPhone and watch.
