How to find your subscriptions

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t remember signing up for it, it could be an in-app purchase. In-app purchases are made directly from within an app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open the Settings app. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap apple id tap view apple id sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the apple id Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account. Sign in with your Apple ID. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section and click Manage to the right of Subscriptions. To change or cancel a subscription — Click Edit next to the subscription that you want to change. If you don’t see Edit , click on subscriptions in line with title then hit view my account Done!

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID. Click your name, then click View Information. On the Accounts page, scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions. From here, you can view, change, or cancel your subscriptions.

For some subscriptions, you might need to confirm your purchase with a PIN or password. To learn more about authentication methods that Apple ID supports, see Sign in with your Apple ID on different devices or browsers.

You might need to wait a moment for your subscription to appear. If you don’t see it right away, try restarting iTunes on your computer or iOS device:

On your Mac: Choose iTunes > Quit iTunes or press Command-Q on your keyboard while in iTunes. After it quits, reopen iTunes and sign in again with your Apple ID.
On your iOS device: Tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store> tap title of active subscription> tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen; or go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

How to cancel your subscriptions

If you need to cancel apple subscription you can do so from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or your Mac or PC. Here’s how. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Launch Settings from your Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Store.
Tap on your Apple ID.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in use touch id
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage, then tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

On your Mac or PC

Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID.
Click on your name, then click View Information.
Scroll down and click Manage under Subscriptions.
Click on the subscription that you want to manage, then use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.

If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID. If you see a subscription in iTunes and want to cancel it, follow the steps below.

On your Mac or PC
Open iTunes and sign in with your Apple ID. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you can create one.
Click View Account.
Scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions. If you don’t have a subscriptions section, follow the instructions on the page to cancel your subscriptions from other devices or from your service provider Learn more about special circumstances for these countries and regions.) If ”Off” appears next to Automatic Renewal, then automatic renewal is turned off for that subscription You can turn off automatic renewal right away but still keep access to that content until the next billing cycle. On the day of renewal, if automatic renewal is back on that content will automatically renew and be available in my library If it’s more than 24 hours before renewing date and yon want turn off automatic renewal altogether

3- Find corresponding Subscription inside list (For nonconsumable products there will be Purchase Date instead of Expiration Date)

4- Click “Cancel Subscription” button

Click the Subscribe button.
