How to sign in with your Apple ID
If you have an Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, you need to have apple id to sign in to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books. You can create apple id on your Apple TV. If you’ve already signed in to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books on your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch you don’t need to sign in again on your Apple TV.
Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign In.
If you have an Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, before you can sign in to the App Store and other media services, you need to set up apple id and password in the Settings app. Here’s how:
Open the Settings app.
Select Accounts.
Select Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Sign In.
If you’re using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later, you can sign in with your Apple ID.
After you sign in with your Apple ID, you can use it to make purchases in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store. If you’ve already signed in on your device with a different Apple ID, you can sign in with a different one.
You can also sign in on a computer or other iOS device:

How to sign in with your iCloud account
You can sign in to icloud account on your Apple TV. This will allow you to access your iCloud content, including your photos, videos, music, and more. To sign in, open the Settings app on your Apple TV and select Accounts. Then, select iCloud and enter your iCloud credentials. Once you’re signed in, you start using your iCloud content on your Apple TV.
Go to Settings > Accounts > iCloud.
Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Sign In. If you have two-factor authentication enabled for your Apple ID, you’ll also need to enter a verification code.
If you’re using an Apple TV (4th generation), you can sign in with your iCloud account.
When you set up your new Apple TV, you’re asked if you want to use existing icloud account or create a new one. If you decide to use an existing iCloud account, you’re prompted for your Apple ID and password.
