- Open the Calendar app.

Here’s how you can share your Apple Calendar with others so they can see your schedule and be able to add events to it.

Open the Calendar app.
Open the Calendar app.
Click the Calendars button in the upper-left corner of the window.
Click the Share Calendar button at the bottom of the sidebar.
Select a person or group from the drop-down menu, then click Add.

5. The person you shared your calendar with will receive an email notification asking them to view your shared calendar.
Sharing your Apple Calendar with others is a great way to keep everyone on the same page. Here’s how to do it:
1. Open the Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the calendar you want to share.
3. Tap the Share Calendar button.
4. Tap the Add Person button.
5. Enter the email address of the person you want to share your calendar with, then tap Add.
6. Tap Send to send an invite to that person.

First, open the Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad. Then, tap the Calendars button in the bottom left corner of the screen to view all of your calendars.
Next,find the calendar that you want to share and tap the i button next to it. On the following screen, scroll down and tap the Add Person option under the Shared With heading.
Type the email address of the person you want to share your calendar with. If they’re using iCloud, you can also select their name from your Contacts list. When you’re finished, tap Add in top right corner of the screen.
Open the Calendar app and tap the Calendars button in the upper-left corner. Tap the Share button next to the calendar you want to share, then tap the Permission Settings button.

When you share your calendar with someone, they can see the details of your events and make changes to them (or delete them) just as you can. You can also choose to share only your free/busy time so that people you share your calendar with will only see whether or not you’re available at a given time, without seeing any of the details of your events.
You can share your Apple Calendar with anyone who has icloud account If you want to share your calendar with someone who doesn’t have an iCloud account, you can invite them using their email address.
Sharing an Apple Calendar is a two-way street: when you share a calendar with someone, they can also choose to share their calendar with you.
When you’re done, tap the Done button.
