How to Set Up Your Apple Pencil 2

-Turn on your iPad and sign in with apple id
-Connect your iPad to the Internet using Wi-Fi or cellular data.
-Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on by going to Settings > Bluetooth.
-Tap the name of your iPad when it appears under “My Devices” in theBluetooth settings screen . Then wait for the spinning circle next to the name of your iPad to stop moving, which means that it’s connected.

If you don’t see under “My Devices,” tap , then tap when it appears under “Other Devices.”
-If you’re asked for a passcode, enter 0000.
You might see a message that says, “This accessory uses a protocol that isn’t supported by this iPhone/iPad.” Ignore this message. Just make sure that you’re using an Apple Pencil 2 or later and not an original Apple Pencil.

Turn on your iPad Pro and unlock it

Turn on your iPad Pro and unlock it. If you have an Apple Pencil (1st generation), remove the cap and plug it into the Lightning connector on your iPad.

If you have an Apple Pencil (2nd generation), remove the cap and pair it with your iPad. When you see the Pair button, tap it.

If you don’t see the Pair button, make sure that Bluetooth is on. Then tap the Apple Pencil 2 on your iPad.

Plug the Apple Pencil 2 into the Lightning connector on your iPad Pro

Using your Apple Pencil 2 with iPad Pro is easy. You can pair it start using it right away. Here’s how:
-Plug the Apple Pencil 2 into the Lightning connector on your iPad Pro.
-When the pairing process starts, tap Continue on your iPad Pro, then follow the instructions.
-After you pair your Apple Pencil, it will stay paired until you restart your iPad Pro, turn off Bluetooth, or pair with another device.

Wait for the Apple Pencil 2 to pair with your iPad Pro

Once you have turned on your Apple Pencil 2, it will automatically pair with your iPad Pro. You should see a notification on your iPad Pro asking you to confirm the connection. If you don’t see this notification, open settings app on your iPad Pro and tap Bluetooth. Make sure that the Apple Pencil 2 is turned on and visible in the list of devices.

Tap the Apple Pencil 2 in the list of devices to pair it with your iPad Pro. Once it is paired, you can start using it right away!

Tap Continue on your iPad Pro

To use your Apple Pencil 2, you need to connect it to your iPad Pro. First, make sure that your iPad Pro is turned on and that Bluetooth is enabled in Settings > Bluetooth. Then, remove the cap from your Apple Pencil 2 and insert it into the Lightning connector on your iPad Pro.

Next, tap Continue on your iPad Pro screen. If you don’t see a Continue button, make sure that you’re using an iPad Pro with a compatible case. might need to remove the case to connect your Apple Pencil 2.

After you tap Continue, wait for a few seconds while your Apple Pencil 2 pairs with your iPad Pro. When the pairing is complete, you can start using your Apple Pencil 2.

Follow the instructions on your iPad Pro to set up the Apple Pencil 2

On your iPad Pro, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is on.

Uncap the Apple Pencil 2 and plug it into the Lightning connector on your iPad Pro. The connector has a magnet in it, so when you hear a click, you’ll know that the Apple Pencil 2 is securely attached.

When you see the “Connected” message, tap Continue. Then follow the instructions on your iPad Pro to set up the Apple Pencil 2.
