Tap next after each step:
Open the iTunes Store app. Tap Sign In or Create New Account.
Choose Create New Account.
On the next page, tap Use your current email address, or get a free iCloud email address. Enter your email address and password. If you don’t want to use your current email address, tap Get a free iCloud email address and follow the onscreen instructions. By default, the new iCloud email address that’s created has @icloud.com at the end of it; if you want to use a different domain name (for example, @me.com or @mac.com), tap Get a free iCloud email address again and enter a different domain name when prompted.* We’ll send a verification code to this email address; enter the code on your device when prompted.*
