Open the Activity app on your iPhone.

Here’s how to set up the Activity app on your Apple Watch:

1. Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Get Started, then follow the onscreen instructions.
3. To choose what information appears on your watch face, tap Edit in the top-right corner of the watch tab then tap Add or Remove Features.
4. To choose what data appears in the Activity Rings widget on your iPhone, tap Edit in the top-left corner of the Today tab, then tap Add or Remove Widgets.

Tap the watch tab

Open the watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the My Watch tab, then go to About > Privacy > Motion & Fitness.
Turn on Allow Apps to Access Motion & Fitness.

Scroll down and tap Privacy.

If you want to track your activity and stand data with the Health app on your iPhone, you need to allow the Health app to access that information.

Here’s how:

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab.
Scroll down and tap Privacy.
Tap the switch next to Activity & Stand Tracking.

Turn on Share with iPhone.

start receiving notifications from your iPhone, you need to turn on Share with iPhone. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Activity. Turn on Share with iPhone.

Tap Sources.

Open the Activity app on your iPhone, then tap the Sources tab.

Tap Add Data Sources, then tap an app under Choose Data Sources. You might need to scroll down to see all of your apps.
-Heart Rate: Check this if you want your heart rate data included in your Activity rings.
– Stand: Check this if you want incoming calls and messages to count as a stand hour when you’re inactive for at least 50 minutes.
– Move: Check this if you want steps and flights climbed data included in your Activity rings.
– Exercise: Check this if you want active calories burned data included in your calories burned goal. You can also include other types of workouts, like yoga and swimming.
– NikeFuel: Nike+ products use NikeFuel to measure all kinds of activity, from a run to playing catch. If you own a Nike+ product, check this so that your Apple Watch can show NikeFuel in the Activity and Workout apps.

Turn on the data sources that you want to use with your watch.

In the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the My Watch tab, then tap Privacy > Motion & Fitness.

Tap Fitness Tracking, then turn on the data sources that you want to track. Yoga and hiking are available only on watchOS 6 or later.
Tap Stand Ring, then turn on the option for Standing Reminders.
Tap Heart Rate, then turn on Enable Toggle in Control Center.

Tap Done.

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.

Under the heading for each built-in app, tap an app. If its settings appear below the app, tap Show on Apple Watch, then turn on the switches next to the features that you want to use.

When you finish, tap Done.
