How to Set Up a New Apple ID

If you want start using a apple id you can create one directly on your iPhone or iPad, or you can create one on the Apple website.

Open Settings and tap “Sign in to your [device].”

If you’re asked for apple id password enter it. If you don’t have apple id tap “Forgot your Apple ID or password?” and follow the onscreen instructions.

Tap “Don’t have an Apple ID or forgot it?”

If you’re asked for apple id password enter it. If you’ve forgotten it, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions. If you don’t have an Apple ID, tap Create new Apple ID

Enter your name and tap Next.
Enter your birthday and tap Next.
Enter your current email address or tap Get a free iCloud email address.
If you want to use a different email address, tap Get a free iCloud email address, then enter the information and tap Next. If you don’t have an email address, tap Use your current email address or Get a free iCloud email address, then follow the instructions .
Enter a password, then enter it again to verify. Depending on the country or region where you live, this might be different from the password you usually use to log in to your email account. Tap Next.
Select security questions that you want to answer and tap Next . Then enter the answers to the questions and tap Next.

Tap “Create a new Apple ID.”

Creating a new Apple ID is easy and only takes a few moments. You can create an Apple ID on any Apple device or on the web at AppleID.Apple.com.

If you’re creating an Apple ID on an iOS device, you can use either your email address or your phone number as your username. If you’re using the web, you must use an email address as your username.

1.Tap “Create a new Apple ID.”
2.Enter your name, birthday, and desired username (email address or phone number).
3.Tap “Next.”
4.Enter a password and verify it.
5.Select your security questions, enter the answers, and tap “Next.”
6.Review the terms and conditions and tap “Agree” if you agree to them.
7-9 Tap verification links in the email or text messages that are sent to you; this will complete the process of setting up your new Apple ID!

To set up your new Apple ID, enter your name, birthday, email address, and password. Your email address doesn’t need to be an @icloud.com address to use with your Apple ID.

Tap “Next.”

Apple IDs are usually created when you first set up your iPhone, iPad, ipod touch or when you download a new app. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you can create one.

5.’Enter a rescue email address and security questions, then tap Next.’
6.’Read the Terms and Conditions andApple Privacy Policy, then tap Agree if you agree to them.’
7.’ Tap Next.’
8.’ Enter a payment method so that you can make purchases with your new Apple ID. Tap None if you don’t want to add a payment method now.’
9.’ Enter the verification code from the previous screen, then tap Verify.’
10.’Select whether you want to receive communications from Apple by email and/or text message, then tap Save’.

Select your security questions and enter your answers.

Creating a new Apple ID is easy and only takes a few moments. You can do it right on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, as well as on a Mac or PC. Here’s how:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
-Open the App Store app.
-Tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
-Tap Create New Apple ID.
-Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your account. Make sure you use an email address that you have access to so that you can verify your account.

On a Mac or PC:
-Go to appleid.apple.com and click Create Your Apple ID.
-Enter your name, birthday, email address, and password.
-Select the security questions and enter your answers.

Tap “Next.”

One of the first things you’ll be asked to do when setting up a new Apple ID is choose a password. According to Apple, your password should be “at least eight characters long, and include a combination of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.” If you want to make sure your password is secure, you can use Apple’s built-in password manager to generate a random string of letters and numbers that meet Apple’s requirements.

Once you’ve chosen a password, you’ll be asked to enter your name, date of birth, and analternate email address.Apple will use this information to verify your identity if you ever need to reset your password.

After you’ve entered all of the required information, tap “Next.”

Tap “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions.

Tap Create a new Apple ID.

Enter your birthdate, name, and current email address. Choose the country or region that you want to use for your new Apple ID. Tap Next.

Enter a payment method so that you can buy apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store. You can also use this payment method for any subscriptions that you might sign up for in the future. Tap Next.
Step 5
On the Agree to Terms and Conditions page, tap Agree (twice).
Step 6
Tap Continue to finish setting up your account and start using iCloud.

Tap “Agree” again to the Apple Privacy Policy.

Apple’s privacy policy has been updated. Please review and tap “Agree” to continue.

Tap “Done.”

You’ve successfully created a new Apple ID! Now you can use this ID to sign in to all of your Apple devices and services, including the App Store, iCloud, iTunes, and more.
