You can set general calorie-burning goals, or more specific goals for walking, running, or using the built-workout app You can also use the Health app to set goals for stand hours and moving minutes, which are two other metrics tracked by the Activity app.
How to Set Activity Goals
Your Apple Watch can help you meet your fitness goals. To get started, open the Activity app on your iPhone. Tap watch tab then tap Health Profile. Tap Edit, then tap the plus sign next to Activity Goals.

There are a few different ways to set activity goals on your Apple Watch. You can do it from watch app on your iPhone, or directly from your Apple Watch.
If you want to change your goals, or see how close you are to achieving them, the best place to do that is on your iPhone.
To change your goals, or see your progress:
1. Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Summary tab, then tap __ goal.
3. To change your goal, tap Edit, then enter a new number of calories, minutes of exercise, or hours of standing that you want to achieve. You can also tap Challenge Friends and send them a goal challenge.
Tap the Goals tab
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap the My Watch tab. Scroll down, then tap Activity. Under Move, tap to set your daily calorie goal.
Under Exercise, tap to set your daily exercise goal. You can choose from 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or no limit. If you don’t want to be bothered by reminders to move, tap Ignore Reminders.
Under Stand, tap to set how often you want to stand up each day.

1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Summary tab, then tap the Show More link under the Apple Watch section.
3. Scroll down and tap Edit in the top-right corner.

5 .When you’re done, tap Done in the top-right corner.
Use the slider to choose your calorie, exercise, and standing goals
