Tap Notifications, then tap an app.

From here, you can turn Allow Notifications off altogether, or you can choose how you want to be notified:

-Notification Center: Notifications from this app will appear in Notification Center.
-Banners: A banner will appear at the top of the screen when a notification comes in. You can tap the banner to open the notification.
-Alerts: An alert will popup on the screen when a notification comes in. You can tap the alert to open the notification, or dismiss it by tapping Dismiss.

Customize Your Notifications

You can save a lot of battery life on your Apple Watch by being selective about the notifications you receive. Many apps default to sending you everything, but you can often customize them to send only the notifications that are most important to you.

Fetch New Data Less Frequently

2. Tap My Watch, then tap Mail.
3. Turn off Push.

Now your watch will check for new mail only when you open the Mail app or when you ask Siri to check your mail.

Download Attachments Only When You Need Them
