Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

If you have two-factor authentication turned on for your Apple ID, a verification code appears on one of your other devices: Enter the verification code on your iPhone settings screen to complete sign in.*
5.After you enter the verification code, select Reset Password and choose a new password and confirm it.* Then select Reset Password again to confirm.
*If you’re signed in to iCloud and have a passcode enabled, you might be prompted to enter the passcode for your device before you can complete these steps.*
Tap Reset.
Open the Settings app.
Tap on General.
Tap on Reset.
Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
