If you forgot apple watch passcode, or if a message says that your Apple Watch is disabled, follow these steps to reset your device. If you can’t remember apple id password you can reset it from your iPhone or iPad.
How to Reset apple watch without an Apple ID
If you forget your Apple ID, you can still reset your Apple Watch. You will need to have your iPhone with you, as well as a Wi-Fi connection.
For All Models
If you forgot your Apple ID or password, you can reset it from your iPhone. If you don’t have access to your iPhone or can’t turn it on, you can still reset your Apple Watch.
Resetting your Apple Watch erases all of your data and settings and returns it to the state it was in when you first got it. Before you begin, make sure that you have a backup of your Apple Watch.
To reset your Apple Watch:
1. On your iPhone, open watch app
2. Tap the watch tab then tap General > Reset.
3. Tap Erase All Content and Settings, then enter your password if prompted.
4. Tap Erase All to confirm.
For Series 3 and Later
If you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later, you can remove the passcode by following these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Passcode.
3. Enter your passcode.
4. Tap Turn Passcode Off.
The steps above will reset your Apple Watch without an Apple ID. However, if you have an Apple ID associated with your device, you will need to enter it during the setup process.
