How to request a refund for an in-app purchase
You can request a refund for an in-app purchase that you made within the last 90 days. Here are some examples of in-app purchases that you might need to request a refund for:
-A service subscription
To ask for a refund, follow these steps:
1.Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
2.Sign in with apple id and password.
3.Click your name, then click “Account Info”.
4.On the Account Information page: Click “Edit” to the right of Payment Type. If you don’t see an Edit link,contact apple support From here, you can update your payment method or add a new one. If you want to remove a payment method, select None under Payment Type. If you change your payment method to None, your subscription will be cancelled and will not automatically renew. Otherwise, click Done when finished making changes on this page and continue below to ask for a refund.”
“5.After updating your payment method or verifying that it’s correct, click Done again, then click iTunes & App Store Purchases.” If asked whether you’d like to enable Automatic Downloads, click “No Thanks” or turn it off afterwards; this has no effect on whether you can see older purchases.” After clicking iTunes & App Store Purchases,” find the purchase that you want a refund for and click “Report Problem” next to it.” You’ll be redirected to Apple’s problem reporting website.” NOTE: If you purchased from the App Store on your iOS device,” open the email receipt for the purchase and tap Report Problem next to the purchase; this takes you directly to Apple’s problem reporting website.”6.Select the appropriate option from the menu, then type an explanation of why you need a refund before clicking Submit.” A member of Apple’s support staff will review your report and get back to you as soon as possible with their decision.”
How to cancel an App Store subscription
You can cancel your App Store subscription from your iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
-Open the Settings app.
-Tap iTunes & App Store.
-Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
-Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
-Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.
On your Mac:
Open the App Store app.
Click Account in the lower-left corner of the window.
Click View Information at the top of the window (you might need to sign in with your Apple ID).
Look for subscriptions under the Settings section and click Manage button next there.”
