Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to replace apple watch screen. This process is not for the faint of heart and should only be attempted by those who are comfortable with basic repairs.

Open the watch case.
Using a pentalobe screwdriver, remove the two screws on the back of the watch case. Gently pry the case open with a plastic opening tool or your fingernail. If the case is stubborn, try heating it with a hair dryer for a few seconds. Once the case is open, remove the old screen.
Remove the band.
With the watch face down, push the band release buttons, then slide the band across and off the watch. If you’re having difficulty removing the band, try using the band release button on the opposite side.
Use the case opener to pry the case open.
Use the case opener to pry the case open. Insert the case opener into the small hole on the side of the case. Turn the case opener clockwise to open the case.
Remove the old screen.
To replace apple watch screen, you will first need to remove the old screen. You can do this by using a small screwdriver to remove the two screws that are holding the screen in place. Once the screws are removed, you can gently pull the old screen off of the watch.
Use the suction cup to remove the old screen.

To remove your apple watch screen
1. Power off apple watch
2. Remove the band from your watch.
3. Use the suction cup to slightly lift the display from the watch case. Do not completely remove the display.
4. Insert a plastic opening tool between the display and case, then gently pry around the circumference of the watch face to separate it from the case. If you have an aluminum case, be careful not to damage the black plastic gasket that seals the display to the case.
5. If you’re having trouble separating the display from the case, try opening it from a different side. Some watches have more glue on one side than another, making them harder to open from that side.
Use the pry tool to remove the old screen.
Start by using the pry tool to remove the old screen. Be careful not to damage the edges of the new screen as you do this. Next, use the suction cup to remove the old screen. You may need to use a bit of force to get it started, but be careful not to damage the new screen. Finally, remove the old adhesive from the watch face and replace it with new adhesive.
Install the new screen.
Turn off your Watch. If your Watch has a passcode, enter it. Press and hold the side button, then swipe to power off. If you can’t turn off your Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release when you see the Apple logo.
Use the adhesive strip to attach the new screen.
Using the adhesive strip that came with your new screen, attach the new screen to the watch.
Use the pry tool to install the new screen.
Use the pry tool to insert the new screen under the old one. Be careful not to break the connector.
Close the watch case.
Use the flat end of a spudger to pry the band release button away from its housing on the bottom of the watch case.
Use the case closer to close the watch case.
To close the watch case, first make sure that the new screen is properly positioned in the case. Then, line up the case opener tool with the notches on the side of the case, and lightly press down on the top of the tool to snap the case closed.
