Passcodes help to keep apple watch secure, but what if you forget your passcode, or want to remove it for some other reason? If you enter the wrong passcode too many times, your Apple Watch will be disabled, and you’ll see a message that says “Connect to iTunes.” If this happens, you’ll need to connect your watch to iTunes on your iPhone in order to continue using it.
If you just want to remove the passcode from your watch, but don’t want to reset it entirely, follow these steps:
1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab.
3. Tap Passcode.
4. Tap Turn Passcode Off.
5. Enter your passcode when prompted, then tap Turn Off.
Tap Turn Passcode Off
If you want to disable the passcode on your Apple Watch, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Passcode.
3. Tap Turn Passcode Off.
4. Enter your passcode when prompted to confirm that you want to disable it.
Once you have disabled the passcode, you will no longer be prompted for it when you try to unlock your Apple Watch. Keep in mind that disabling the passcode does make your watch less secure, so only do so if you are sure that you won’t need the extra security.
