How to unpair your Apple Watch from your iPhone
If you have a new iPhone and want to pair it with your Apple Watch, you first need to unpair your Apple Watch from your previous iPhone. Follow these steps:
1. On your old iPhone, open the watch app
2. Tap the watch tab then tap your watch at the top of the screen.
3. Tap the info button next to your watch, then tap Unpair Apple Watch.
4. For GPS + Cellular models, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. If you want to keep it, tap Keep Plan. How to erase your Apple Watch
