Open watch app on your iPhone
Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab. Tap your watch at the top of the screen. Tap the info button next to the watch that you want to unpair. Tap Unpair Apple Watch. For cellular models, tap Remove [carrier] Plan to confirm that you want to remove your cellular service from your Apple Watch.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.

Enter your Apple ID password
If you’re asked to enter your Apple ID password, it means that you have Touch ID or Face ID turned on for purchases. To turn it off, go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode or Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, and turn off iTunes & App Store. Then try again.
