If you have apple watch and you want to remove an app from it, you can do so by following these simple steps.

Open watch app on your iPhone.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
Tap the watch tab
Scroll to the app you want to remove, then tap it.
Turn off Show App apple watch and wait for it to disappear from your watch’s Home screen.
To completely remove an app from your watch and your iPhone, turn off the Show App apple watch option, then tap Delete App.

In the My Watch tab, scroll down to the app you want to remove, then tap it. Tap the information button next to the app. Tap Remove App.
If you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later, you can add and remove apps right from your watch with the App Store app. Just open it, then browse or search for new apps. To delete an app, press and hold its icon, then tap Delete.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app. Tap My Watch, then scroll down to seeinstalled apps. Tap an app, turn off Show App on Apple Watch, then wait for it to disappear from your watch’s Home screen.
Early versions of watchOS let you hide built-in Apple apps from your Home screen using a similar process—long-pressing on the icon and tapping the X button that appears—but that’s no longer possible in watchOS 6 and later.
Scroll down to the list of apps under the Available Apps heading and tap an app.
When you find an app that you want to remove, gently press and hold the app icon until all of the icons begin to jiggle. This signals “jiggle mode,” which allows you to delete apps from your Apple Watch. If you see a delete icon (X) next to an app, tap it to delete the app. You can also reorder your apps in jiggle mode by dragging them up or down the list.
Tap the switch next to Show App on Apple Watch to turn the app off .
If you want to remove an app from your Apple Watch, you can do so by tapping the switch next to Show App on Apple Watch to turn the app off. Once the app is off, it will be removed from your watch.
To delete the app from your Apple Watch, tap the trash can icon .
When you delete an app, it also deletes that app’s Glances and any data stored on your Apple Watch for that app.
To delete an app, press and hold its icon until all the start wiggling. Tap the trash can icon . To cancel without deleting anything, press the Digital Crown or tap .
