If you need to refund an Apple purchase, you can do so easily online. You will need to have your purchase information handy, as well as apple id and password. Once you have that, you can go to Apple’s website and begin the refund process.

Log into your iTunes account

Log into your iTunes account. Click on your account name in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select “Account Info.” Enter your password when prompted.

Click on the “See all” link under your Purchase History.

Find the purchase you would like to refund in the list and click the “Report a Problem” button next to it.

Select the reason you are requesting a refund and click “Submit.”

In order to request a refund for an Apple purchase, you will need to find your purchase history first. You can do this by opening up the App Store app, and then tapping on your profile picture in the top right corner. From there, tap on “Purchased” to see all of the apps and digital content that you have bought with apple id

If you don’t see “Purchased” in your profile, it means that you have not bought anything from the App Store with this Apple ID yet. In this case, you will not be able to request a refund.

Once you have found your purchase history, tap on the “Report a Problem” link next to the app or other piece of content that you would like to get a refund for. On the next screen, select “I’d like to request a refund” and then choose a reason for why you are requesting a refund.

Apple will review your request and decide whether or not to issue a refund within a few days. If they do issue a refund, it will show up in your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you need to refund a purchase made through the App Store or iTunes Store, you can do so using Apple’s built-in refund system. Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Go to Apple’s Report a Problem website (link).

2. Login with your Apple ID and password when prompted.

3. Click on the “Report a Problem” link next to the purchase you want to refund.

4. Select the reason for the refund from the dropdown menu and click “Submit.”

5. You will receive confirmation of your refund request via email within a few days.

Apple offers refunds for iTunes, App Store, and Apple Music purchases in certain situations. You contact apple support directly to request a refund, or you can cancel the purchase and request a refund through the web within 45 days of the transaction date.

If you need to refund an item you purchased from the Apple Store, you can return it to any Apple Store or make a mail-in return.

How to Refund an App Store or iTunes Store Purchase

Apple makes it easy to request a refund for any app, in-app purchase, or iBookstore purchase you make, whether you bought it on your iPhone, iPad,ipod touch Mac, or PC. Here’s how to get your money back.

Launch iTunes on your computer

If you need to refund a purchase that you made within the last 90 days, you can use Apple’s built-in refund feature. If it’s been longer than 90 days, you’ll need to contact the developer directly.

Here’s how to get a refund using Apple’s refund feature:

1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
2. Click on Account in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Click on View My Account in the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your password when prompted and click View Account.
5. Scroll down to the Purchase History section and click on See All.
6. Find the purchase that you want to be refunded and click on Report a Problem next to it.
7 . Select the appropriate reason for why you want a refund and click Submit.

When you find the item you want to return, click the small down arrow next to its price. This will reveal a menu of options. Click “Report a Problem” and then “Return.” You will be taken to Apple’s problem reports page.

Click on your account name in the top right corner (it will either be your email address or, if you’ve set it up, your name). Enter your password and click “Sign In.”

Under “Recent Purchases,” click “See All.” Find the purchase you want to return and click “Report a Problem” to the right of it.

Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
If you see the “Report” or “Report a Problem” button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

If you don’t see the “Report” or “Report a Problem” button,contact apple support by choosing a category and topic that best describes your problem, then clicking on the blue “Get Started” button.

If you have a problem with an app or other item that you purchased from the App Store or iTunes Store, you can request a refund directly from Apple. You’ll need to have a valid reason for the request—it’s not meant to be a way to get free trials or short-term use— and Apple may decline or limit refunds in some situations.

Here’s how to request a refund:

Open iTunes. Click on your name, then click “Account Info.”

Click “See all” under your Purchase History.

Find the app or item, then click “Report a Problem” next to it.

If you have a problem with an in-app purchase or you want a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase, contact the app developer or iTunes Store directly.

If you made the purchase accidentally, didn’t like the content, or have a problem with the content, get a refund from Apple:

1.Open iTunes on your computer and sign in with your Apple ID.
2.Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select Purchased. If use family sharing you may need to tap your name first and then select Purchased.
3.Find theItem that you want to request a refund for and click Report a Problem next to it.
4.Enter apple id password if prompted. You might need to wait a moment for the Report a Problem page to open. Select your problem from the menu next to “Refund for” and click Submit at the bottom of the page.(You can only report problems on purchases that occured within the last 90 days.)
