If you forgot apple id password you can go to iforgot.apple.com to reset it. Here’s how:
1. Go to iforgot.apple.com.
2. Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue.
3. If you see a message that says your account is locked or disabled, or you can’t reset your password, get help from Apple Support. Otherwise, select Get Started, then choose one of the options listed below to reset your password:
-Send yourself a verification code: Select Get started under the “Verification code” heading, then follow the instructions on the next page. If you can’t receive the verification code by text message, try another method.
-Answer your security questions: Select Get started under the “Security questions” heading, then follow the instructions on the next page to answer your security questions correctly and reset your password.*
-Get an email: Select Get started under Email Authentication, enter the email address that’s associated with your Apple ID in the Email Address field (the field will be pre-populated if we have this information), then select Continue.*
*You may not see these options depending on when you created your Apple ID and what information is associated with it.*
Enter your Apple ID
If you forgot your Apple ID, you can look it up.
1. Go to your Apple ID account page and click “Forgot your Apple ID?”.
2. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
3. If you enter the wrong email address, you can try again with a different one.
4. If you use two-factor authentication, you’ll need a trusted device or trusted phone number to reset your password and unlock your Apple ID. If you don’t have either of those, you’ll need contact apple support
Select the option to reset your password via email
If you’ve forgotten apple id password you can reset it using the web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the web browser on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Open the Settings app. Tap [your name], then tap Password & Security. Tap Change Password. Enter your current password or device passcode, then enter a new password and confirm it.
If you’re signed in to iCloud and have a recovery key, you can use it to help reset your password.

Before you begin
Make sure that you have your Recovery Key and access to a trusted device or phone number.
Reset your password
Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID in the field provided.
If you see a message that says your account has been locked for security reasons, choose Try Again to unlock it using either iForgot or Recovery Key.
Select Continue.
Enter the code sent to your device, then select Next.
Choose a trusted device.* Select Allow if prompted about whether iCloud Keychain can use location data for this website. SelectNext until you see the option to reset your password or answer security questions, then select Continue and follow the onscreen instructions until you see “Your updated security settings have been saved.” If you need help setting up two-factor authentication or using iForgot, contact Apple Support
*If Two-Factor Authentication is already turned on for your Apple ID, and you’re having trouble signing in with one of your trusted devices, try this:

If you use security questions with your Apple ID, you can go to iforgot.apple.com and answer your security questions to reset your password.
