- Open watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap the My Watch tab.
- Scroll down to the Band Compatibility section and tap it.
- Tap the band that you want to pair with your watch.
- Tap Pair Band. If you don’t see Pair Band, tap the information icon
- Place your iPhone close to your watch.
- Wait for a message that says, “Your band is paired with your watch.”
- Tap OK.

Open watch app on your iPhone.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab. Scroll down to the Band Compatibility section and tap it. If you don’t see Band Compatibility, tap General, then scroll to the bottom and tap System Information.
Tap the My Watch tab.
Tap the My Watch tab. If you see “Bands” under Features, tap it. If you don’t see Bands, tap All Watches, then tap Bands.
Tap the band that you want to remove or replace.
If the band is still attached to your watch, press and hold the band release button, then slide the band across to remove it. If you need help removing a strap with built-in pins,contact apple support
Scroll down to the Band Compatibility section and tap it.
On your iPhone, open apple watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then scroll down to the Band Compatibility section and tap it. Any bands that you’re currently using with your Apple Watch are compatible with your new Apple Watch. If you don’t see a band that you want to use listed, contact the manufacturer to make sure that it’s designed for Apple Watch.
Tap a band to learn more about compatibility and features, then do one of the following:
To buy a new band, tap Buy Band. The Apple Online Store opens.
To pair an existing band, tap Pair Band. Follow the instructions on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Tap the band that you want to pair with your watch.
If your band came with a plastic attachment, insert it into the slot on the underside of the band. If you’re not sure which end of the attachment to use, try both. You’ll feel a click when it’s in place.
With the attachment in place, line up the notch on the band with the case mouth. Then push the band button until you see and feel the band click into place.

Tap the band that you want to pair. If you’re not sure which band to choose, contact your doctor or another healthcare professional. They might have a preference or might be able to help you select the right size.
When you see the message that says “Use your iPhone to set up this Apple Watch,” hold your iPhone next to your watch. Make sure that bluetooth is turned on both devices. A four-digit code appears on your iPhone and watch. Enter the code on your iPhone.
You might be asked to sign in with apple id Follow the instructions on the screen.
Place your iPhone close to your watch.
Before start make sure that your iPhone is nearby. You need your iPhone to Pair your watch and to download any apps that you want to use on your watch.
1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
2. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Pair New Watch.
3. Hold your watch close to your iPhone. A message says “Looking for Apple Watch.” Wait for the animating dots to appear, thentap Continue. If you don’t see a message, or if the animation doesn’t appear, restart both devices by turning them off together, then turning them on again.
4. Wait for the Apple Watch app to finish pairing and downloading apps from your iPhone, then tap Start Using on your iPhone
Wait for a message that says, “Your band is paired with your watch.”
If you see a message that says “Your band is paired with your watch,” it means that your band is already paired with another Apple Watch. To pair it with your watch, you need to remove it from the other watch. You can do this in the Watch app on your iPhone:
-Open the Watch app.
-Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Bands.
-Tap the band that you want to remove, then tap Delete Band.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
Scroll down, then tap Band Compatibility.
Choose your watch size.
