You can put apple watch on vibrate by following these simple steps. This will help you stay connected while avoiding disturbing others.

Open settings app on apple watch
Open the Settings app on apple watch Tap the Noise controls toggle switch to turn it on . The switch position will turn green when it’s on.
Slide up or down to choose a level of haptic feedback. You can choose from three options: Prominent, which is the highest level and gives a longer vibration; Regular, which is the default setting; and Gentle, which is the lowest level.
Tap Sounds & Haptics.
On your iPhone, open the watch app then tap Sounds & Haptics.
Tap Vibrate on Silent to turn it on or off.
If you want to change the haptic intensity or create a custom vibration, tap Create New Vibration.
Under the Sound and Vibration section, turn the Prominent Haptic switch to the off position.
If you want apple watch to vibrate, you can turn off the Prominent Haptic setting. This will disable the haptic feedback that happens when you tap certain buttons or perform certain actions. To do this, go to the Settings app on apple watch then tap Sounds & Haptics. Under the Sound and Vibration section, turn the Prominent Haptic switch to the off position.
