Open watch app on your iPhone.
The Watch app is where you manage all the settings for apple watch To open it, tap the Watch app icon on your iPhone’s home screen.
Once the Watch app is open, tap “Start Pairing” on the main screen. You’ll be asked to hold your iPhone next to your Apple Watch.

First, make sure that your new phone is running iOS 8.2 or later, and that your Apple Watch is paired with your old iPhone. Tap Continue on your watch when you see instructions on how to hold it near your iPhone. After a moment, you might see a message that asks you to enter a passcode on your watch. Type the passcode, then tap Join.
Tap Pair New Watch.
If you see a Welcome screen, tap Get Started.
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.

If you’ve been using iCloud to back up, you might be able to restore some of your data and settings from your most recent backup. If you’re restoring from an iTunes backup, make sure that it includes your Health data.
Wait for a message that says, “Your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone.”
When you get a new iPhone, you’ll need to pair it with your existing Apple Watch. Here’s how:
