If you recently upgraded to a new iPhone, you might be wondering how to pair apple watch with your new device. Here’s a quick guide on how to do just that!

Open apple watch app on your new iPhone.
If you recently upgraded to a new iPhone, you can move your Apple Watch and its data to your new device. Make sure that your new iPhone is running iOS 14.5 or later and that your Apple Watch is running watchOS 7.4 or later. Then follow these steps:
1.Open the watch app on your new iPhone.
2.Tap the My Watch tab, then go to General > Reset.
3.Tap Erase All Content and Settings, then enter apple id password when prompted.
4.When asked, choose to restore from a backup or set up as a new Apple Watch.
Tap the My Watch tab.
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. If you need to pair your watch with your iPhone again, tap “Pair new watch.”
Tap your Apple Watch at the top of the screen.
Open the Apple Watch app on your new iPhone, then pair your watch with your new iPhone. In the Apple Watch app, tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. Follow the instructions shown on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
If you’re asked to enter a passcode, enter the passcode on your Apple Watch.
If you’re asked to enter a passcode, enter the passcode on your Apple Watch. If you don’t know the passcode, you can reset your Apple Watch. After you pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone, unlock your iPhone using your passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID. Then follow the onscreen steps to finish setting up your Apple Watch.
Wait for your Apple Watch to appear in the list of available devices, then tap it.
If you’re setting up your first Apple Watch, wait for a message on your iPhone asking if you’d like to use it as your new Apple Watch. Tap Continue, then follow the instructions.
If you already set up your Apple Watch but it’s not connected to your new iPhone, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, start pairing If you can’t find the Apple Watch app, download it from the App Store.

Before you begin
Before you can use your Apple Watch, you need to set it up. Make sure that your iPhone is running iOS 8.2 or later, and that it’s connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network. You also need to sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID and turn on Find My iPhone on your new device.
If you have an iPhone 6 or later, the wrist detection feature is turned on by default. This means that when you take off your watch, the passcode is required to unlock it again. You can turn this feature off from the Apple Watch app on your iPhone (see step 3 below).
1 Choose a language and country for your watch.
2 Connect your watch to power and keep it near your iPhone during setup.
3 Tap Start Pairing on your watch, then tap Continue on your iPhone when prompted for a passcode. If you don’t see the option to continue on your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, tap My Watch > General > Software Update, then try again.
4 Position your watch close to • your iPhone so that they’re in range of each other (about 30 feet or 9 meters apart). If you have an LTE model of Apple Watch Series 3 with an activated cellular plan, position them close enough so that they’re in range of each other and also of a cellular signal (about 150 feet or 46 meters apart).5 Wait for a message on • your iPhone asking if you want to pair with “Apple Watch”. Tap Pair. If prompted for a passcode, enter the six-digit code displayed on your watch face; if asked, enter the same passcode on both devices.
