How to Pair Your Apple Watch with Your iPhone

If you have apple watch and an iPhone, you can pair them so they work together. Here’s how to set up apple watch and pair it with your iPhone.

Open the watch app on your iPhone.

On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.

start Pairing on your iPhone. Place your Apple Watch on its charger.

Hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone. A message asking to use your passcode to pair with your iPhone appears. Enter the four-digit passcode that appears on your Apple Watch, then tap Continue. If you don’t know your passcode, tap Passcode Options, then tap Unlock with iCloud and follow the instructions.

Tap Set Up for Myself, or tap Set Up for a Child if you’re setting up an Apple Watch for a child, then follow the instructions.

Tap the My Watch tab.

On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Make sure that your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi, and that Bluetooth is turned on.

To pair your devices, tap the My Watch tab, tap start pairing Follow the instructions on your iPhone.

Tap Start Pairing on the iPhone.

1) Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2) Tap Start Pairing on the iPhone.
3) Hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone. A message will say “Hold Near iPhone to Complete Pairing.”
4) Wait for a message that says, “Your Apple Watch is Paired” and tap Continue.
5) Choose a Passcode for your Apple Watch. You’ll be prompted to enter the passcode on your Apple Watch when you put it on and set it up.
6) Tap Set Up as New or Restore from Backup. If you’re setting up your first Apple Watch, tap Set Up as New. If you have an existing backup that you want to use, continue with step 7 below.
7) Tap Restore from Backup and choose a backup.

Place your Apple Watch on its charger.

Your Apple Watch should be at least 50 percent charged before you begin.

With your iPhone nearby, open the Apple Watch app.

Tap Start Pairing on your iPhone. If you don’t see this option, tap My Watch, then tap Start Pairing at the bottom of the screen.

Hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone. A viewfinder appears on your iPhone, and an image of your Apple Watch should appear inside it. If the image is rotated, that’s okay. The sensors on the bottom of your watch will align automatically when you put it on your wrist.

Tap Continue on your iPhone, then wait for a message that says Finish on This iPhone. That means the pairing is complete and you’re ready to set up and use your watch!

Wait for the animation to appear on your Apple Watch.

The first time you set up your Apple Watch, you’ll be prompted to pair it with your iPhone. Follow the instructions on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

If you need to pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone again, follow these steps:

Make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are close to each other.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
Tap your watch at the top of the screen, tap pair new watch
If asked, enter your passcode on your watch.
Wait for the animation to appear on your Apple Watch. When you see the Set Up Complete screen on your iPhone, tap Continue. Then follow the instructions to finish setting up your watch.

Tap Continue on your iPhone.

1. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
2. Tap Continue on your iPhone, then wait for a message that says “Apple Watch is Ready for Set Up.”
3. Hold your iPhone over the top of your Apple Watch so that your watch’s display is visible in the camera frame. If you’re asked to enter a passcode, enter it on your iPhone.
4. Wait for a message that says “Your Apple Watch is Paired” and tap Continue on your iPhone. If you can’t continue, make sure that you’re holding your iPhone over the top of your Apple Watch and that there’s nothing blocking the path between them.

Enter apple id password on your iPhone when prompted.

On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.

Tap Start Pairing. Hold your iPhone next to your Apple Watch. A message on your iPhone asks you to enter a passcode on your Apple Watch.

Enter the passcode on your Apple Watch.

If you can’t enter a passcode, or if you forgot your passcode, tap Err on your watch face, then wait for a notification on your iPhone. Tap the notification and enter the new passcode that appears.

Wait for the “Your Apple Watch is Paired” message to appear on your iPhone.

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap the My Watch tab.
3. TapStart Pairing at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t see Start Pairing, wait for the “Your Apple Watch is Paired” message to appear on your iPhone.
4. Hold your Apple Watch close to your iPhone.
5. Wait for a message on your iPhone that says, “Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone.”
