How to Manage Your Apple Subscriptions

If you own an iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac, you may be able to use Apple services such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple News+, and Apple Arcade. These services are delivered through subscriptions that will automatically renew unless you cancel them.

Open the Settings app.

Open the Settings app.
Click on your name at the top.
Click on “Subscriptions.”
Click on the subscription that you want to manage.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal altogether.

You can view and change your iCloud, App Store, and iTunes Store subscriptions from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple.

To view and change your subscriptions:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

On your Mac:
Open the App Store app. Click your name or picture in the bottom-left corner of the window. Click View Information at the top of the window. If you’re using macOS Catalina 10.15 or later, click Account > View My Account. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.

Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password to see your subscriptions.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. You might need to enter apple id password to see your subscriptions.

On your Android phone or tablet
Open the Google Play Store . Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account. Tap Menu Subscriptions.

On your computer
Open iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > View My Account. Enter your password, then press the Return or Enter key on your keyboard, or click View Account. On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section and click Manage next to Subscriptions.

If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the apple id

If you’re being charged for a subscription, but you don’t see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Learn how to identify unknown iTunes Store charges.

When you cancel a monthly subscription, the cancellation takes effect from the following month. For example, if you cancel on January 10th, your subscription will stop at the end of January. However, if you paid for a whole year of service up front, you might get a refund based on the remaining active months in your subscription period.

Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.

You can manage your subscription right from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. And you can always view and change your subscription information on the web at any time.

Here’s how to manage your subscription:

From your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
– Tap the App Store icon.
– Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
– Scroll to the bottom of the page. Underneath the Available for Download section, tap your Apple ID. (If you’re not signed in, enter your Apple ID and password.) Or on an iPhone X or later, double-click the Side button then tap .
– View your available subscriptions. If you have more than one subscription, tap a subscription to set its options. Or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel it immediately (if it’s still active).
– If asked for confirmation, tap Confirm.

From your Mac:
Open the App Store app. Click on the sign in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage. Select an active subscription that you want to change, then click Edit next to its name. If you don’t see Edit next to a subscription but see a message that says it’s been auto-renewed, it means that you can’t change that particular subscription.* To cancel an app subscription: Click Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel Subscription and only see Renews on day/date , contact Apple Support).

Tap Done.

-Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you don’t see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
-Use the options to manage your subscription:
–Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
–Tap Cancel Free Trial to cancel a free trial before it renews as a paid subscription
