If you’re looking for a way to make apple watch vibrate only when you want it to, then this blog post is for you! We’ll show you how to customize haptic feedback settings so that you can choose when and how your Watch vibrates.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
The Settings app is where you’ll adjust most of the options and preferences for apple watch You can find it on your home screen, or by swiping up from the bottom of your screen to open the Control Center, and then tapping the gear icon.
Tap the Sounds & Haptics option.
With your Watch on and paired to your phone, tap the Settings icon on the home screen. Then tap Sounds & Haptics.
On the resulting screen, you can adjust both the volume of system sounds as well as haptic feedback. The latter is what makes your Watch vibrate, and you can toggle it on or off here.
Just below the toggle switch, you’ll see a slider that lets you adjust the intensity of haptic feedback. If you want your Watch to vibrate more or less forcefully, move the slider up or down accordingly.
At the bottom of the Sounds & Haptics screen, there’s a toggle switch labeled Prominent Haptic. This switch makes the haptic feedback even more pronounced, so it’s ideal if you’re hard of hearing or just want to make sure you never miss a notification.
In watch app on your iPhone, tap Sounds & Haptics.
Tap the switch next to Prominent Haptic to turn it on or off.
Tap the Vibrate on Silent switch to turn it off.
To turn off the Vibrate on Silent switch:
1. Open the Settings app on apple watch
2. Tap Sounds & Haptics.
3. Scroll down and tap the Vibrate on Silent switch to turn it off.
