Have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch? Here’s how to make a Genius Bar or One to One reservation at an Apple Store. You’ll need to sign in with apple id

Go to Apple’s website
Go to Apple’s website and click on the “Support” tab. Then, select “Make a Genius Bar Reservation.” You will be prompted to sign in with apple id Once you sign in, you will be able to select your nearest Apple Store and make an appointment.
Find the “Support” section
Apple offers support for its products through the “Support” section of its website. You can also make an appointment at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Find the “Make a Genius Bar Reservation” page
1. Open Apple’s website. Go to https://www.apple.com/ in your computer’s web browser.
2. Click on Support at the top of the page. It’s the tab that has a question mark icon on it. Doing so will open the Apple Support page.
3.find and click on the Make a Genius Bar Reservation link near the top of the screen. This will take you to the Make a Genius Bar Reservation page.
4. If you’re accessing this page from a mobile device, you may first have to tap ≡ and then tap Support before proceeding to the next step.
Enter your location
Open Apple’s Support site and click the Get Support button. Select your device, then select More Products and Services at the bottom of your device’s page. Select your country or region, then click iPhone/iPad/iPod touch under Productivity Software. Enter your location in the resulting page to see a list of Apple Authorized Service Providers.
After you sign in, select the type of service you need from the options on the next page, then click Continue. Choose a date and time for your appointment from the calendar that appears, then click Continue.
Select a store
first, choose the Apple Store nearest you. If you’re not sure which store to visit, we can help you find the best one. When you’ve chosen a store, select the “Make a Genius Bar Reservation” or “Get Help” link. You might be asked to sign in with apple id
Then select the reason for your visit:
-I need service for my Mac
-I need service for my iPhone, iPad, or iPod
-I need service for my Apple Watch
-I have another issue
Choose a date and time
When you make an appointment with Apple, we’ll do our best to see you at your chosen time. However, because we need to allow for travel time and variable appointment lengths, we can’t always promise that we’ll be able to see you exactly when you want.
We recommend that you choose a date and time that’s as close to your ideal as possible, and be aware that we may need to adjust your appointment time by a few minutes.
Enter your Apple ID
If you don’t have apple id you can create one.
An Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services like iCloud, the App Store, iTunes Store, iMessage, and more. It includes the email address and password that you use to sign in, and all the contact, payment, and security details that you’ll use across Apple services.
Confirm your reservation
If you made a reservation online, you should have received an email confirming your reservation. This email will have the subject line “[Confirmation] Your appointment with Apple.” It will be sent from AppleCare.Apple.com [email protected] If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
