How to Make an Appointment at the Apple Store

Step-by-step instructions on how to make an appointment at the Apple Store for Genius Bar support or to buy a new Apple product.

Open the Apple Store app

Open the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad. If you don’t have the Apple Store app, download it from the App Store.

Tap Today at the bottom of the screen, then tap your profile photo or initials in the upper-right corner.

Sign In, then enter apple id and password. If you have an iPhone with Touch ID or Face ID, you can use it to sign in.

Scroll down and tap Get Support.

Tap Get Started, then describe your problem and tap Continue.
If you don’t see acontinuescreen, it means that your device is out of warranty or doesn’t have coverage for that type of issue. You can still make a reservation at an Apple Store to get help from a Genius. Just choose Bring in for Repair when you describe your issue.

Find the Apple Store that you want to visit

Before you can make an appointment at the Apple Store, you need find the store that you want to visit. You can do this by using the Apple Store Finder on the Apple website. Just enter your location and the type of product that you need assistance with, and the store Finder will provide you with a list of nearby Apple Stores.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Make a Genius Bar Reservation

If you need help with your iPhone, iPad,ipod touch or Mac, you can make a reservation at an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Genius Bar reservations are free.

Choose the issue you’re having with your device

Making an appointment at the Apple Store is a quick and easy process. You can do it online or in person, and you can even schedule a Genius Bar appointment if you need help with a hardware issue.

To make an appointment online, simply choose the Apple Store that’s closest to you, select the date and time you want to come in, and choose the reason for your visit. You’ll be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your device, and then you’re all set!

If you’d rather make an appointment in person, just walk into any Apple Store and ask to see a Genius. They’ll be happy to help you set up a time that works for you.

If you need to make an appointment at the Apple Store, you can do so by tapping the “Confirm” button in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will open a web page where you can enter your contact information and select a time and date for your appointment.
