This will update all three stores—AppStore, iBooksstore & Mac App Store—to reflect your new country/region setting(s), including changing each store’s Featured items to reflect items popular in that specific store’s country/region (this may take up to 24 hours if a Featured section hasn’t been updated since you changed stores). After making these changes & updates all works as intended except 1 thing: The apps that you had previously downloaded which are no longer available in that store due to being replaced by regionally specific apps can no longer be re-downloaded from Purchased section (which would have contained any apps previously downloaded before changing stores). The workaround for this is as follows: Connect device(s) running iOS 8+ with installed apps not appearing in Purchased section (in any one of these 3 stores mentioned above) using cable(s) & open iTunes on connected computer(s) running latest version of iTunes software; Select device appearng under Devices heading in left panel; Select Apps tab located along top; In middle panel select All iTunes purchases grouped by Unplayed at top followed by Apps below unplayed media files; Locate missing app appears dimmed w/option “Download” next to it selected by default; Click Download button located lower-right below list of unplayed content locate on connected computer running latest version iTunes software.”
