If you’re not happy with a purchase from the Apple Store, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how to get a refund.

Go to the Apple Store website
If you need to return an item to the Apple Store, you can do so by going to the Apple Store website and clicking on the “Returns and Refunds” link at the bottom of the page. From there, you’ll be able to begin the process of returning your item and getting a refund.
Find the contact information for customer service
The Apple Store offers refunds on most products that are bought from them, as long as you have the original receipt and the product is still in good condition. You can contact customer service through the Apple Store website, or by phone.
When you contact customer service, they will likely ask you for your order number and some other information about your purchase in order to process your refund. It is important to have this information readily available when you contact them.
It is also important to note that Apple Store gift cards cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another gift card.
Call the customer service number
If you’re not satisfied with a purchase from the Apple Store and it’s within 14 days of delivery, you can return the item to us following the instructions below. (If you bought a Mac or iPad from Apple, you have up to 60 days to return it.)
To get started, visit Apple’s refunds page. You’ll be asked Sign in with apple id and choose whether you want a refund or exchange for a different item.
Then, select the item you want to return from Your Orders and click Return items.
For each item, select Return reason and fill out the required information. When you’re finished, click Continue. If you need to return more than one item, click +Add another item before clicking Continue.
On the next page, review your request and click Submit. You’ll see a confirmation that your refund was requested.
Explain the situation to the customer service representative
When you contact Apple Store customer service, you will need to explain the situation to the customer service representative. Be sure to have your original purchase receipt handy, as well as any other documentation that may be relevant, such as correspondence with Apple or the product’s manufacturer. The customer service representative will likely ask you several questions in order to determine whether you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement product.
Follow the instructions of the customer service representative
If you have purchased an item from the Apple Store within the past 14 days, you may return the item for a full refund. To begin the return process, you will need to contact Apple Store customer service.
When you call, be prepared to provide your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number. The customer service representative will then give you instructions on how to return your item. In most cases, you will be asked to return the item to the store where it was purchased.
If you paid for your item with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid with another method (such as a gift card), the refund will be in the form of apple store gift card
