To set up your account with DistroKid, visit their website and create an account. You’ll need to provide some basic information about yourself, as well as credit card information so that you can be charged for the service. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to log in start uploading your music.
DistroKid allows you to upload both audio files and artwork for each of your tracks. They also provide extensive instructions on how to format your files so that they meet Apple’s standards. Once you’ve uploaded all of your tracks, DistroKid will handle the rest of the process for you, including submitting your music to Apple Music.
Distributing your music
If you’re an independent artist, you can submit your music directly to Apple Music and iTunes for consideration. You don’t need to go through a third-party distributor, label, or aggregator.
To submit your music,Sign in with apple id that you use for iTunes Connect, then follow these steps:
1. In iTunes Connect, go to My Music.
2. Click + next to Add New Album or Add New Single.
3. Enter your album or single’s metadata, then click Save in the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Click Submit in the upper-right corner of the page, then click Done.
After you submit your album or single for review, it can take up to six weeks for us to add it to Apple Music and iTunes. If we need more information from you, we’ll contact you through iTunes Connect.

1. Create an Apple Music Artist Profile
To submit your music to Apple Music, you need to create an artist profile. You can do this in the ‘For Artists’ section of the Apple Music Connect website. To create your profile, you’ll need to provide some basic information about yourself and your music, including:

4. Wait for a Response
